I've been smoke-free for a year now. At the beginning, this definitely helped. I'd check the smoke-free timer often, and after a few months not wanting to reset it if I smoked became extra incentive to avoid cigarettes. Great app! UPDATE- 9 years, 4 months, and 3 weeks since my last cigarette. I rarely check the app anymore, but when I do I'm shocked at money saved and time regained. I've recommended it to many friends to quit smoking and it's helped them. Still wonderful, and still worth it

Hi Mike, congrats for over 9 years and 4 months! We're glad to see that the app is always there in the background recording the great progress you've made. We hope your friends find the app just as helpful, thanks for recommending us :)

This app makes my progress measurable especially in factors that I wouldn't be able to easily monitor. I highly recommend it if you're serious about quitting. Clearly the app can't "slap" a cigarette out of your hand but seeing the progress and continuous benefits of quitting serves as a great motivator. So far I've saved a fair amount of money by not smoking, amazingly my blood sugar has gone down to normal levels, I don't feel like a social piranha, etc etc. 🤞🏾🤞🏾🤞🏾🤞🏾

The first time I used this app, I quit for over a year! unfortunately I picked the bad habit back up, but always knew I would come back to this app. The free version is great, but the small one time fee to access even more, really makes this a key tool in quitting. I definitely recommend this app if you really truly want to be a non-smoker.
